5-Ingredient Garlic Parmesan Tilapia

2 tablespoons butter, melted
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
4 tilapia fillets (about 8 oz. each)
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 can (15 oz.) Libby's Mixed Vegetables, drained
1. Preheat oven to broil. Spray baking sheet with non-stick cooking oil.
2. Combine butter, lemon juice, garlic powder and pepper in small bowl. Brush mixture on both sides of fish. Place fish on prepared baking sheet, bottom side up, and broil 5 minutes. Flip fish over, sprinkle with parmesan cheese, and return to broiler for 5 more minutes. Fish will flake easily with a fork when done.
3. Heat vegetables and serve.
