Black Bean and Bacon Veggie Bites

1 tablespoon olive oil
1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can (28 oz.) Libby's Jumbo-Can Italian Cut Green Beans, drained
1/2 pound bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
24 wonton wrappers
vegetable oil (for frying)
1. In large skillet, add oil, onion and garlic. Cook over medium for 5 minutes. Add beans, bacon and pepper. Stir well and cook for 1 minute. Remove from heat.
2. Add filling to each wonton square. Use water to wet edges and fold into triangle, adding more water as necessary to keep wrapper from opening.
3. Fry in vegetable oil 3 minutes for each side until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
