Black Bean & Corn Salad

1 vegetable cup (4 oz.) Libby's Whole Kernel Swet Corn, drained
1 can (15 oz.) black beans, drained
1 cup prepared pico de gallo
plantain chips (for serving)
Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Divide into lunchboxes and pack along with plantain chips and assorted fruit.
