1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1 can (15 oz.) Libby's Sliced White Potatoes, drained
1 can (14.5 oz.) Libby's French Style Green Beans, drained
1/3 cup sliced black olives
1. In large mixing bowl, whisk together vinegar, lemon juice, oil, mustard, parsley, garlic, salt and pepper.
2. Add potatoes, green beans and olives. Stir gently to coat.
