2 tablespoons butter
1 small onion, diced
8 ounces ham, cubed
1 can (15 oz.) Libby's Lima Beans, drained
2 tablespoons diced pimentos
1. In skillet, add butter and onion over medium-high. Sauté 3 minutes until soft. Add ham and cook 2 minutes.
2. Stir in lima beans and pimentos. Heat through and serve.
