1 pound ground beef
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 cup sour cream
1 can (15 oz.) Libby's Naturals Sweet Peas, drained
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
8 ounces linguine, cooked
1. Heat large skillet over medium, add beef. Cook, stirring and breaking up with a spoon, until browned. Remove from skillet with slotted spoon.
2. Add mushrooms to skillet; cook 3 minutes until browned.
3. Return beef to skillet. Stir in sour cream, peas, salt and pepper. Bring to a simmer. Serve over noodles.
