2 boxes (7 oz.) macaroni and cheese dinner
1/2 cup milk
1 stick (8 tablespoons) butter
1 can (15 oz.) Libby's Sweet Peas, drained
1 can (15.25 oz.) Libby's Whole Kernel Sweet Corn, drained
1 jar (4 oz.) diced pimentos, drained
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
1. Prepare macaroni and cheese with milk and butter, following package directions. Gently stir in peas, corn and pimentos. Place in a 3-quart casserole dish.
2. Mix oil with breadcrumbs and sprinkle evenly over casserole. Place under broiler about 2 minutes or until top is lightly browned.
