1 pound ground beef
1 white onion, diced
1 can (28 oz.) Libby's Jumbo-Can French Style Green Beans, drained
1 can (10.5 oz.) tomato soup
2 cups prepared mashed potatoes
1 cup shredded cheese
1. Preheat oven 375°F.
2. In large oven-safe skillet, brown meat and onions until meat is no longer pink; drain fat.
3. Stir in green beans and tomato soup. Top with puffs of mashed potatoes and cover with cheese. Bake for 20 minutes until bubbly.
