3 tablespoons butter
1 pound cooked ham, chopped
3 cooking apples, peeled and sliced
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon allspice
3 teaspoons cinnamon
1 can (27 oz.) Libby's Jumbo-Can Crispy Sauerkraut, drained
Instructions
1. Melt butter in skillet over medium-high. Add ham and sauté until lightly browned. Add apple slices then sprinkle with brown sugar, allspice and cinnamon.
2. Add sauerkraut, cover and simmer 10 minutes.
