- 1 sheet puff pastry (defrosted)
- 3 ounces garlic and fine herbs gournay cheese
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese fried onion strings (for topping)
- Everything bagel seasoning for puff pastry border (optional)
