  • 1 pound ground turkey

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1 small onion, diced

  • 1 stalk celery, diced

  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley

  • 1 cup marinara sauce

  • 1 can (15 oz.) Libby's Peas & Carrots, drained

  • 4 large bun/rolls

  • grated parmesan cheese (for topping)

  3. Stir in marinara sauce and vegetables. Heat through.
  4. Divide mixture and add to each each roll. Top with Parmesan cheese.
