3 cans (15.25 oz. each) Libby's Whole Kernel Sweet Corn, drained
1 sleeve round butter crackers, crushed (i.e Ritz)
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided

Instructions
- Preheat oven 350°F. Coat a backing dish with non-stick spray. Set aside.
- In large mixing bowl, add eggs and beat. Add corn, crushed crackers, black pepper, and 1 cup cheddar cheese and mix together.
- Transfer mixture to prepared baking dish. Top with remaining 1 cup cheese. Bake 30 minutes.
