Ingredients
1 can (14.5 oz.) Libby's Cut Green Beans, drained and dried
1 can (15 oz.) chickpeas, drained and skins removed
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil (divided)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1 can (10 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
4 to 5 ice cubes (as needed)
1 cup crispy fried onions (divided)

4 to 5 ice cubes (as needed)

Instructions
- Place dried green beans in lightly oiled air fryer. Air fry at 400°F for 10 minutes until crispy. Set aside.
- In food processor, add chickpeas, 2 tablespoon olive oil, garlic, pepper, onion, mushroom soup, and half the cooked green beans. Pulse several times to mix, then puree until smooth. Ice cubes can be added one at a time to create a smoother consistency.
- Add hummus mixture to serving bowl. Smooth and drizzle with remaining 1 tablespoon olive oil.
- Top with remaining cooked green beans and fried onions.
- Serve with pita slices or crackers.
