“The Beet Goes on the Pizza”

This original recipe comes together fast in about 15 to 20 minutes and is a total tasty treat! The Libby's sliced beets are reminiscent of a pepperoni paired with corned beef and a kick from the pepper jack cheese. Ingredients

  • 1 12” pizza crust partially cooked 

  • 3/4 cups alfredo sauce

  • 1 can (15 oz.) Libby's Sliced Beets (drained and blotted dry)

  • 1 cup corned beef, ham or turkey (chopped)

  • 1/2 cup kalamata olives (halved)

  • 1/2 cup green onions (chopped)

  • 2 cups jalapeño pepper jack cheese (grated)

  • 1/2 cup crispy beet strips (optional)

  • 1 12” pizza crust partially cooked

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F .
  2. Spread alfredo sauce over pizza crust.
  3. Layer ingredients over pizza crust.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or crust is golden brown.
