Recipe by Dad with a Pan
1 Granny Smith apple
2 tablespoons cream cheese
2 turkey slices
1 vegetable cup (4 oz.) Libby’s Peas & Carrots, drained
1. Slice apple into quarter inch slices, making 4 slices. Dry each one with paper towel.
2. On 2 slices, spread cream cheese then add turkey. Top with remaining 2 slices.
3. Serve with Libby’s® Peas & Carrots Vegetable Cup, pretzels and orange slices.
