Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

  • 2 cans (14.5 oz. each) Libby's Cut Green Beans, drained

  • 3 cloves garlic, sliced thin

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise

  • 3 tablespoons sriracha

  • 1/4 cup tempura flakes

  • 2 scallions, sliced

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large nonstick pan over high. Add garlic and green beans. Cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until charred. Transfer to serving dish.
  2. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise and sriracha. Drizzle over green beans.
  3. Top with tempura flakes and scallions.
