Bean & Chicken Curry

Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded, cooked chicken

  • 1 can (14.5 oz.) Libby's Wax Beans, drained

  • 1 can (14.5 oz.) Libby's Cut Green Beans, drained

  • 1 cup Thai red curry sauce

  • 2 cups cooked brown rice (for serving)

  • steamed broccoli (optional)

Instructions

1. Heat large skillet over medium . Add chicken, both beans and curry sauce. Cook 4 to 5 minutes or until heated through, stirring occasionally.

2. Place 1/2 cup rice in four shallow bowls. Top with equal amounts bean curry mixture and add side of broccoli (optional).
