Ingredients
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
1 cup chicken or vegetable broth
1 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 can (29 oz.) Libby's Family Size Sweet Peas, drained
1 cup french fried onions
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour

1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
- Preheat oven 375°F. Coat a baking dish with non-stick spray. Set aside.
- Melt butter in skillet over medium heat. Stir in flour and cook 1 minute.
- Whisk in broth, cook 8 minutes. Remove from heat.
- Stir in sour cream, onion powder, salt and pepper. Gently fold in peas.
- Transfer to prepared dish. Top with onions. Bake 20 minutes until top is golden.
