1/2 cup soy sauce
3 tablespoons orange juice
3 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
2 cups shredded, cooked chicken
4 large bibb lettuce leaves
2 cups cooked rice
2 vegetable cups (4 oz.) Libby's Diced Carrots, drained
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
In medium bowl, whisk together soy sauce, orange juice, water, brown sugar, worcestershire sauce, ginger, onion power, and garlic until well combined. Add chicken and stir to coat.
2. Assemble lettuce wraps by layering rice, chicken, carrots and cilantro on lettuce leaf.
