- 1/3 cup mayonnaise 
- 1 teaspoon tumeric 
- 1 pinch of red pepper flakes 
- 1 green onion/scallion, sliced 
- 6 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and chopped 
- 1 can (15 oz.) Libby's Sweet Peas, drained 
- salt and pepper to taste

- In large mixing bowl, add mayonnaise, tumeric, pepper flakes, and green onion/scallions. Mix will.
- Fold in eggs and peas until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
