Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups Shredded extra sharp cheddar cheese

  • 4 ounces Pimento Peppers

  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise

  • 1/2 cup Cream Cheese

  • 1 teaspoon Salt

  • 1 teaspoon Pepper

  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder

  • Slider Buns

  • Pretzels

  • Pickles

  • Mandarin Oranges

  • 4 oz Libby’s® Diced Carrots Vegetable Cup

  • 2 1/2 cups Shredded extra sharp cheddar cheese

  • 4 ounces Pimento Peppers

  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise

  • 1/2 cup Cream Cheese

  • 1 teaspoon Salt

  • 1 teaspoon Pepper

  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder

  • Slider Buns

  • Pretzels

  • Pickles

  • Mandarin Oranges

  • 4 oz Libby’s® Diced Carrots Vegetable Cup

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, add the cream cheese.
  2. Next, add in the mayonnaise. pimento peppers, salt, pepper and onion powder.
  3. Top mixture with the shredded extra sharp cheddar cheese.
  4. With a spatula or large spoon, mix thoroughly until a creamy consistency.
  5. Spread mixture evenly on your slider buns.
  6. Place mini sandwiches in the bento box. Serve with your favorite side pairings and along with a 4 oz Libby’s® Diced Carrots Vegetable Cup. Enjoy!
