Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup honey

  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard

  • 3 tbsp whole grain mustard

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 bag (10 oz.) romaine salad

  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 2 vegetable cups (4 oz.) Libby's Diced Carrots, drained

  • 2 vegetable cups (4 oz.) Libby’s Sweet Peas, drained

  • 2 vegetable cups (4oz.) Libby’s Whole Kernel Sweet Corn, drained

  • 12 oz cooked chicken, cubed

  • 4 oz diced ham or bacon bits

  • 4 hard-boiled eggs, sliced

  • 12 cherry tomatoes, halved

Instructions

Salad Dressing

1. In small bowl, wisk together honey, Dijon mustard, whole grain mustard, oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Set aside.

2. Lay out four bowls on your countertop or table. Divide the following ingredients among them: Romaine, cheese, diced carrots, peas, corn, chicken, ham/bacon, eggs, and tomatoes.

3. Wisk dressing again to mix and drizzle over salads.
