1 can (15 oz.) Libby's Sweet Peas, drained
1 cup fresh spinach or kale
1/2 cup frozen pineapple or mango chunks
1 can (13.5 oz) coconut milk
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1 tablespoon ground flax
2 teaspoons chia seeds (for topping)
Add all ingredients, except for chia seeds, to blender. Blend until smooth. Divide into 4 glasses and top with chia seeds.
