Sesame Soba Noodle and Green Bean Salad

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup sesame oil

  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar

  • 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • 1 piece (1/2 inch) ginger, peeled and minced

  • 4 ounces cooked soba noodles

  • 1 vegetable cup (4 oz.) Libby's Cut Green Beans, drained

  • 2 teaspoons sesame seeds

Instructions

1. In small bowl, whisk together sesame oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, garlic and ginger.

2. Add noodles and green beans. Toss gently to coat. Sprinkle sesame seeds over salad.
