Ingredients

  • 1 pound (16 oz.) Italian sausage

  • 1 jar (15 oz.) Alfredo sauce

  • 2 cans (14.5 oz. each) Libby's No Salt Added Cut Green Beans, drained

  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1 pound (16 oz.) Italian sausage

  • 1 jar (15 oz.) Alfredo sauce

  • 2 cans (14.5 oz. each) Libby's No Salt Added Cut Green Beans, drained

  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400ºF. Coat a deep sheet pan with non-stick cooking spray. Set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown sausage for 5 minutes, breaking it into small pieces. Stir in sauce and Italian seasoning. Cook an additional 2 minutes.
  3. Mix in green beans and black pepper until coated.
  4. Add sausage and green bean mixture to prepared pan. Top with cheese.
  5. Bake 20 minutes until cheese is golden brown on top.
