Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons butter

  • 1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened

  • 1 can (15.25 oz.) Libby's Whole Kernel Sweet Corn, drained

  • 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper

  • 1 small serrano pepper, seeded and diced

  • 1 teaspoon chili powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 2 tablespoons butter

  • 1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened

  • 1 can (15.25 oz.) Libby's Whole Kernel Sweet Corn, drained

  • 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper

  • 1 small serrano pepper, seeded and diced

  • 1 teaspoon chili powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

1. In skillet over medium heat, add butter and cream cheese. Stir until melted, about 3 minutes.

2. Add corn, bell pepper, serrano pepper, chili powder and paprika. Stir then cook 5 minutes until heated through. Add cheese and stir until melted, about 2 minutes more.

3. Add to serving dish and enjoy with tortilla chips or crackers.
