Ingredients
2 Taco size tortillas (flour or corn)
2 ounces chopped cooked chicken
1 vegetable cup (4 oz.) Libby's Whole Kernel Sweet Corn, drained
2 tablespoons salsa of choice
1 tablespoon minced red onion
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
1 lime, quartered

Instructions
Place both tortillas on a flat surface. Divide ingredients by two and layer chicken, corn, salsa, onion and cilantro. Fold and pack for lunches. Add lime wedges on the side to squeeze on top before eating.
