Ingredients

  • 1 bag (10 oz.) shredded iceberg lettuce

  • 1 can (15 oz.) chili beans

  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided

  • 1 can (15.25 oz.) Libby's Naturals Whole Kernel Sweet Corn, drained

  • 1 can (14.5 oz.) Libby's Shellie Beans, drained

  • 8 ounces sour cream

  • 6 ounces salsa

  • tortilla chips (for serving)

Instructions

In deep bowl or trifle dish, layer lettuce, chili beans, 1 cup cheese, corn, remaining 1 cup cheese, shellie beans, sour cream and salsa. Serve with tortilla chips.
