Sizzlin' Summer Succotash

Ingredients:
- 4 – 5 bacon slices
- 1 cup sweet onion
- 1 cup okra, cut into thin slices
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 15.25 oz. can Libby’s Whole Kernel Sweet Corn, drained
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1 14.5 oz. can Libby’s Cut Green Beans, drained
- 3 tbsp. butter
- 1 cup, halved cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced fresh basil
Instructions:
- Place bacon slices in skillet, over medium heat. Cook until crisp, about 8 minutes. Transfer bacon to a paper towel, crumble and set aside.
- In the same pan, add chopped onion, fresh okra, and garlic powder over medium heat, and cook, stirring often, until the onion is just tender, about 6 minutes.
- Add Libby’s Whole Kernel Sweet Corn, salt, pepper, and Libby’s Cut Green Beans to the pan. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring often.
- Add butter, and cook until melted, about 1 minute. Remove from heat.
- Stir in halved cherry tomatoes and chopped basil; sprinkle with crumbled bacon and serve immediately.
