đŸ¥•Carrot & Turmeric Hummus

1 can (14.5 oz.) Libby’s Sliced Carrots, drained

1 can (15 oz.) garbanzo beans, drained (peel them for a smoother texture)

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1 teaspoon ground turmeric

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 clove garlic

3 tablespoons olive oil

In food processor, add carrots, garbanzo beans, lemon juice, turmeric, salt and garlic. Pulse until mixed and most chunks are gone. While processor is running, drizzle in oil until hummus is smooth.
