🥕🍯Oven Roasted Carrots with Honey Garlic Butter
This dish is both sweet + savory and the perfect side for any meal!
⅓ cup sweet cream butter
4 garlic cloves, minced. You can adjust this to your family’s tastes!
4 tablespoons honey
4 cans 14.5 oz Libby’s Sliced Carrots, drained
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon cracked black pepper
Optional: 3 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley for garnish.
1. Preheat oven to 425°F
2. Melt butter in cast iron skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook while stirring for 30 seconds. Stir in honey, then add Libby’s Sliced Carrots, salt and pepper.
3. Gently toss carrots in sauce until coated.
4. Place skillet in oven. Roast for 25 minutes.
