Meat or no meat, Wheeler loves them all. For his lunch, he likes to pair his ‘dilla with a fresh-harvested Libby’s Green Beans Cup, some blue corn tortilla chips and lil’ coooookie.

How to Quesadilla:
- Spread an even layer of refried beans onto a tortilla, cover with shredded cheese and top with another tortilla.
- Melt a little butter or oil in a skillet on medium and cook the quesadilla, flipping occasionally, until crispy.
- Cut like a cheesy little pizza and enjoy!
