“Seasonally grown” means that every year, typically in late April-May, we plant our Green Beans and then let them grow for just a few months until June when the initial harvest begins. Green Beans have a relatively long season compared to our peas. In a normal year all of our Green Beans are harvested, julienne or French Style cut, and prepared, sealing in their delicious flavor and tender-crisp texture by September!
