1 tablespoon butter
1 small onion, diced
2 packages (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 can (29 oz.) Libby's Jumbo-Can Whole Kernel Sweet Corn, drained
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1. Preheat oven 375°F.
2. Melt butter in skillet over medium. Add onion; sauté 3 minutes. Add cream cheese, stir until smooth. Mix in corn, parmesan cheese and pepper.
3. Transfer to baking dish. Bake 20 minutes. Garnish with bacon.
