  • Tortilla Fiber Wrap or your wrap of choice

  • Ranch Dressing

  • Pepper Jack Cheese or your cheese of choice

  • Turkey, Ham, Bacon Lettuce Tomato


  1. Lay out your tortilla, add the ranch dressing to the bottom, then your lettuce, tomato, meats, and cheese and roll it up. Use toothpicks to hold the tortilla in place while you cut the tortilla in pinwheel shapes. You can go ahead and make this the night before and add to the lunch box so it is ready in the morning. It is meant to be served cold or room temperature.
