Ingredients
1/3 cup Japanese mayonnaise (add more if you want it extra creamy!)
1 teaspoon Japanese curry powder
1 pinch of red pepper flakes
1 green onion/scallion (sliced)
6 hard-boiled eggs (peeled and chopped)
1 can Libby's Sweet Peas (drained)
salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- In large mixing bowl, add mayonnaise, curry, pepper flakes, and green onion/scallions. Mix will. Stir in eggs and peas until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
