4 blood oranges, divided
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup olive oil
1 head bib lettuce, torn
1 can (14.5 oz.) Libby's Naturals Cut Green Beans, drained
1 small red onion, diced
1. In small bowl, whisk together juice of one blood orange, honey, mustard, balsamic vinegar, basil, salt and pepper. Slowly whisk in oil.
2. Peel remaining oranges and cut into pieces.
3. In large bowl, add lettuce, green beans, onion and oranges. Pour dressing over salad and toss to coat.
