Ingredients

  • 1 can (14.5 oz.) Libby's French Style Green Beans, drained and dried

  • 1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened

  • 1/4 cup sour cream

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, defrosted

  • 1 large egg, beaten

  • Everything bagel seasoning

  • 1/2 cup crispy fried onions

  • 1 can (14.5 oz.) Libby's French Style Green Beans, drained and dried

  • 1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened

  • 1/4 cup sour cream

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, defrosted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. In a small bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, garlic, and parmesan cheese until smooth. Set aside.
  3. Unfold puff pastry onto a large baking sheet pan lined with parchment paper. Roll out to fill sheet.
  4. Spread cheese mixture onto puff pastry leaving 1-inch border. Add green beans on top in an even layer.
  5. Brush border with egg wash and sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning.
  6. Bake 15-20 minutes until cooked through and the edges are golden brown.
  7. Cool 10 minutes then top with crispy fried onions. Serve warm.
