Grilled Turkey Reuben Wraps

1/2 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt (or sour cream)
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1/4 cup minced red bell pepper
1/4 cup minced onion
8 burrito-size wheat tortillas
1 pound (16 oz.) deli turkey slices
8 slices Swiss cheese
1 can (27 oz.) Libby's Jumbo-Can Crispy Sauerkraut, drained well
1. In small bowl, whisk together ketchup, yogurt, mayonnaise, red pepper and onion.
2. Spread 2 tablespoons of dressing down middle of one tortilla. Add 2 ounces of turkey and 1 cheese slice. Top with 1/3-cup sauerkraut. Carefully wrap tortilla by folding bottom over ingredients and both sides in, then roll up like a burrito. Repeat with remaining ingredients to make 8 wraps total.
3. Coat grill pan or skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium. Add two wraps, seam side down, and place a plate or another skillet on top for added weight. Grill 3 minutes and then flip and replace plate. Grill an additional 2–3 minutes. Repeat with remaining wraps. Serve warm.
