Oven Roasted Carrots with Honey Garlic Butter

1/3 cup sweet cream butter
4 cloves garlic (minced)
4 tablespoons honey
4 cans (14.5 oz.) Libby’s Sliced Carrots (drained)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cracked black pepper
Optional: 3 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F
- Melt butter in oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook 1 minute, stirring often. Stir in honey, carrots, salt and pepper. Gently toss to coat.
- Add pan to oven and roast 25 minutes.
- Transfer to serving dish. Top with parsley.
