Oven Roasted Carrots with Honey Garlic Butter

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup sweet cream butter

  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)

  • 4 tablespoons honey

  • 4 cans (14.5 oz.) Libby’s Sliced Carrots (drained)

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon cracked black pepper

  • Optional: 3 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F
  2. Melt butter in oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook 1 minute, stirring often. Stir in honey, carrots, salt and pepper. Gently toss to coat.
  3. Add pan to oven and roast 25 minutes.
  4. Transfer to serving dish. Top with parsley.
