Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup ricotta cheese

  • 1 tablespoon butter

  • 2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh rosemary

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1 can (15.25 oz.) Libby's Naturals Whole Kernel Sweet Corn, drained

  • 1/2 cup ricotta cheese

  • 1 tablespoon butter

  • 2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh rosemary

Instructions

1. In medium microwave-safe bowl, mix together ricotta, butter, rosemary, garlic, salt and pepper. Heat 45 seconds and stir.

2. Mix in corn and heat again for 30 seconds.
