  • 1/2 cup blackberries

  • 1/2 cup green grapes

  • 1/2 cup strawberries, sliced

  • 2 slices of white bread

  • peanut butter (can substitute if you have peanut allergies in the home)

  • strawberry jam

  • 2 slices of whole grain bread, cubed

  • 1/2 cup each of cheddar and pepper jack cheeses, cubed

  • 4 slices smoked turkey breast lunch meat (or any other lunch meat you prefer)

  • bamboo skewers (trim if needed to fit into the lunch container)

  • mustard (optional)

  • mayo (optional)

  • yogurt

  • granola

  • honey

  • Libby’s Mixed Vegetables, 4 oz. Cup


  1. Clean all fruits and cut them up into bite sizes pieces. 
  1. Prepare a PB&J and cut it into bite size pieces. 
  1. Add desired combination of meat, cheese and fruit onto each bamboo skewer,  
  1. Serve with mustard or mayo on the side for dipping, if desired. 
  1. Serve with a size of yogurt topped with granola and a drizzle of honey. 
  1. Serve with a Libby’s Mixed Vegetables Cup.
