1/2 pound ground beef
1 small white onion, diced
1 green pepper, seeded and diced
1 cup white rice
1 cup vegetable broth
1 can (15.25 oz.) Libby's Whole Kernel Sweet Corn, drained
1 can (28 oz.) crushed tomatoes, undrained
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1. In large deep skillet, add ground beef, onion and pepper. Cook over medium 5 minutes, or until beef is cooked through.
2. Add remaining ingredients and bring to boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 30 minutes or until rice is tender.
