1 tablespoon plain greek yogurt
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 teaspoon sriracha sauce
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1 vegetable cup (4 oz.) Libby's Mixed Vegetables, drained
3 ounces cooked, diced chicken
2 tablespoons almond slivers
2 large lettuce leaves
1 stalk scallion/green onion, chopped
1. In mixing bowl, whisk together yogurt, mayonnaise, sriracha and ginger.
2. Add vegetables, chicken and almonds to bowl. Mix together with dressing.
3. Divide mixture onto lettuce leaves and top with scallion/green onions.
