Teriyaki Stir-Fry Bowl

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

  • 1/2 pound beef round steak, cut in 1/2-inch strips

  • 1 red bell pepper, seeded and sliced

  • 1 small onion, sliced

  • 1 can (14.5 oz.) Libby's Cut Green Beans, drained

  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce

  • 2 cups cooked brown rice


1. In large skillet, heat oil over medium-high. Add beef; stir and cook until browned, about 3 minutes. Remove from skillet.

2. Add pepper and onion to skillet; stir and cook until soft, about 5 minutes.

3. Return beef to skillet; add green beans and teriyaki sauce. Cook until heated through. Serve over brown rice.
