Ingredients

  • 3 potatoes (boiled)

  • 2 teaspoons turmeric

  • 2 teaspoons red chili powder

  • 3 teaspoons ground coriander

  • 2 teaspoons garam masala

  • 1 green chile (finely minced)

  • 2 cloves garlic (finely minced)

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice

  • 1/4 cup Libby's Whole Kernel Sweet Çorn

  • 1/4 cup Libby's Green Beans (chopped)

  • 1/4 cup Libby's Sweet Peas

  • 1/4 cup Libby's Carrots

Instructions

  1. In a bowl mash the potatoes down using a masher, add all the spices and libby’s vegetables.
  2. Mix everything until it’s well combined. 
  3. Form small burgers and place on a hot skillet, flip the burgers over after 2-3 mins, add some cheese and cover the pan with lid.
  4. Once cheese is melted, place the burgers on the bottom bun and add your toppings. Toppings are lettuce, tomatoes, onions, cheese and mayo + ketchup on top of small slider buns.
