From The Table of Spice
3 potatoes (boiled)
2 teaspoons turmeric
2 teaspoons red chili powder
3 teaspoons ground coriander
2 teaspoons garam masala
1 green chile (finely minced)
2 cloves garlic (finely minced)
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/4 cup Libby's Whole Kernel Sweet Çorn
1/4 cup Libby's Green Beans (chopped)
1/4 cup Libby's Sweet Peas
1/4 cup Libby's Carrots
- In a bowl mash the potatoes down using a masher, add all the spices and libby’s vegetables.
- Mix everything until it’s well combined.
- Form small burgers and place on a hot skillet, flip the burgers over after 2-3 mins, add some cheese and cover the pan with lid.
- Once cheese is melted, place the burgers on the bottom bun and add your toppings. Toppings are lettuce, tomatoes, onions, cheese and mayo + ketchup on top of small slider buns.
