Ingredients

  • 2 potatoes (peeled and boiled)

  • 2 teaspoons turmeric

  • 2 teaspoons red chili powder

  • 2 teaspoons garam masala

  • 1 green chile pepper (finely minced)

  • 2 cloves garlic (finely minced)

  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice

  • 1 can Libby's Whole Kernel Sweet Çorn (drained)

  • 1 can Libby's Sweet Peas (drained)

  • 1 can Libby's Sliced Carrots (drained and chopped)

  • 4 burger buns

  • optional suggested toppings (lettuce, sliced tomatoes, sliced onions, pickles, pepper jack cheese, condiments of choice)

Instructions

  1. In mixing bowl, mash potatoes well. Mix in all spices, lemon juice and vegetables. Divide mixture by four and form burger patties. 
  2. Heat skillet over medium-high with 1 tablespoon vegetable oil. Place patties on skillet; cook each side 3 minutes until seared.
  3. Add burgers to buns and top as desired.
