1 cup quinoa
1 can (15 oz.) Libby's Mixed Vegetables, drained
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 teaspoon ginger
Instructions
1. Cook quinoa according to directions in large pot.
2. Stir in vegetables, soy sauce and ginger. Serve warm.
