Seasonally planted, the roots develop and then are unearthed fresh at their peak. They are then prepared just miles from where they were grown to seal in Farm Fresh Goodness for appealingly tender slices or “coins” that have a delicious sweet carrot taste, vibrant orange color and pleasing shape.
We put just our finest sliced carrots in every can. Top with a bit of butter for a stand-alone side dish or serve with a brown sugar glaze. Carrots are great in any dish but are especially tasty in stews!

“Seasonally grown” means that every year, typically in late April, our carrots are planted and then let to grow and mature until early September when the harvest begins. In a typical year all our carrots are fresh-harvested and prepared, sealing in their appealingly tender texture, vibrant orange color and delicious sweet taste by the end of November!
Seasonally grown also means that when the carrots we have produced are all gone (thank you for your business 😉 ) we will all have to wait until the next season when the plant, cultivate and harvest cycle begins again.
